Validity Period: The voucher is valid until the specified expiry date indicated on the voucher. The voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.

Redemption Process: To redeem the voucher, the bearer must scan the QR Code on this voucher to initiate the service setup process through the designated platform or contact point provided by FinGroup. The original voucher or a valid digital copy must be presented at the time of redemption.

Eligibility: The voucher is non-transferable and may only be used for one (1) medical clinic's Google brand. Eligibility is subject to the approval process of the partnering provider.

Scope of Services: This voucher covers the cost of a 12-month AI-powered automated Google reviews service as provided by the partnering provider. Additional brands, enhanced features, or other services may incur separate charges.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Service Activation: The Google reviews service will be provided by the partnering provider and is subject to their terms and conditions. Service activation is contingent upon completing all necessary documentation and meeting the provider's requirements.

Limitation of Liability: FinGroup is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond their control, including the operational decisions of the partnering provider.

Changes to Terms: The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

By redeeming this voucher, the bearer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
